What to write about

• A download will not open, or a link has expired. Send your order email and we will send working files, normally the same day.
• Refunds. Within 3 days of paying, ask and it is refunded in full. See refunds.
• Licensing for a school, team or co-op. Tell us how many people and we will arrange a site license. See license.
• Privacy. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write from the address you bought with. See privacy.
• Anything else. Questions before buying are welcome.
